Whole-life performance
UK Concrete and Cement Industry, Roadmap to Beyond Net Zero, published by MPA UK Concrete in 2020, defines the whole-life performance of a building or structure as: ‘…the means of measuring e.g. environmental and/or cost performance from construction all the way through its occupation or use to the end of life when it may be demolished or repurposed.’
